FPC Request Forms & Resources
Attention Staff and FPC Volunteers
Please select and fill out the appropriate form below to ensure the right individuals are notified and to automatically populate our project management software.
IMPORTANT: All submissions are treated as requests and do not guarantee approval or content fulfillment.
Facilities
The initial step for organizing any on-campus event is to contact the Facilities Director, Kyrenda King-Rogers. Facilities requests cover these items:
- Facilities/Room Reservations
- Audio & Video Equipment & Personnel for Events and/or Classes
- Church Calendar (not public on the website)
Communications / Publicity
Use the forms linked below for organizing the Calendar Listing and any additional publicity for events or announcements.
Submit requests at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure effective promotion for a minimum of 2 weeks through various channels like the website, bulletins, social media, ministry guide, and emails. Each request will be evaluated to determine the best strategy for reaching your target audience.

Media Projects
Use the forms linked below to request a media project
*Video & audio projects - need advanced planning. All requests are subject to the capacity and availability of the Communications Team and approved contractors.
*Graphic Design - large or multi-page projects require extra time for design and vendor printing.

Share what God is doing in and through FPC San Antonio! (Your stories may be used on church social media and other communication channels. Also, provide feedback on the effectiveness of promotions and projects.)
